Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return your existing item and purchase the new item separately once your return has been accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll automatically issue the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and pay your refund.
